Animal Welfare Agreement:
The wellbeing of wildlife is always our highest priority. We may encounter the species you’re hoping to see, but if an animal shows any sign of stress, discomfort, or simply chooses not to interact, we will respect that immediately. Sometimes this is due to factors outside our control, such as other boats or people disturbing the animals, and in those situations our guide and captain may choose to move away to give them space. Even if you’re eager for a closer look or the perfect photo, our team’s decision is final. We want you to have unforgettable encounters, but never at the expense of the animals’ welfare.
